The Kickboxing Class at Thrive7 Martial Arts combines the basics of boxing (hand techniques and movement) with the powerful kicks of Muay Thai and Taekwondo. Each class is a full-body workout!

Every class of Kickboxing at Thrive7 it’s different, fun, challenging, and a great way to stay in shape and improve overall physical fitness.

All levels welcome!

All classes are open to students of all levels. We specialize in working with beginners! Classes for beginning students with little or no experience, will learn the basic punches, kicks, footwork and body mechanics while getting a great workout. This is the perfect class to get you started and build your confidence fast.

Classes for Teens (13yrs old above) and Adults (women and men) from beginners to advanced.

Class Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday at 8:00pm or Saturday at 9:30am
